The Next Gen ACTIVATORS Fellowship iS A statewide network of passionate and socially activated youth leaders coming together to organize fellow youth leaders from their communities to address issues, advocate for solutions, and demand and meet the youth leadership for our times

Students develop into community leaders capable of working at different levels of organizational leadership
Skills Development: Students enhance their leadership abilities and deepen their social justice and civic leadership
Real-World Experience: Participants gain practical experience in leading and following within diverse organizational settings
Peer Activation: Fellows become change agents who inspire and mobilize other young people
Community Impact: The program creates lasting positive change through the youth-led summit and ongoing community engagement
Fellows receive:
$1500 STIPEND UPON PROGRAM COMPLETION
Bi-WEEKLy
check-ins with care throughout the program

You're a MA
high-schooler
Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited high school in MA.
